A registration fee of £750.00 is paid once you engage our service. This amount is taken off the final fee once we have found and secured your ideal property.
Success fee:
(based on purchase price)
Up to £1m – 1%
Up to £2m – 0.9%
£2m–£5m(+) – 0.8%

The fee is paid upon exchange of contracts
